Log into your Berravia account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack the items in their original Berravia packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
